Join us again this year for a fun picnic at Oil Ranch! Co-hosted by the Japanese Business Association of Houston and the Japanese Association of Greater Houston, we are excited to bring back the picnic that was so popular last year—once again by reserving the entire spacious “Oil Ranch” just for our group!
Surrounded by lush greenery, Oil Ranch is a family-friendly ranch attraction with an open, expansive setting where you can enjoy a variety of activities such as horseback riding, a mini train, fishing, an obstacle course, and even a milking experience. Fun for both adults and kids—guaranteed!

* Those who have won in the advance lottery must collect their prizes by 3:00 PM. Additionally, your raffle ticket remains valid for the drawing at the closing ceremony, so please be careful not to lose it.
* Raffle tickets for the day-of drawing can be purchased at the headquarters pavilion until 3:00 PM.

In consideration of Japan Business Association of Houston and Japanese Association of Greater Houston (collectively, “Associations”) extending to me the opportunity to participate and/or volunteer in this event, I hereby agree to RELEASE and HOLD HARMLESS Associations, their respective officers, directors, volunteers, members, employees, and others who are connected with this event (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any and all liability and claims for any injuries, damages, or losses that I may suffer or incur or that results from my actions, inactions, and/or negligence arising from my participation in any activity of the event.
If I bring minors, I will fully supervise such minors and consent to this Release of Claims on his/her/their behalf as his/her/their parent/guardian.
Further, I consent for Associations to take photos, and to the use of the name and images, of myself and any minors I bring without compensation in any written, Internet, newsletter, or other publications relating to this event.
I reviewed,. fully understood, and consent to the contents of this Release of Claims.
